ENTRY/INSPECTIONS/PIT PASSES: ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD, IF NOT HE/SHE MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT TO SIGN A WAIVER FOR THE UNDER AGE DRIVER.
ENTRY FEE IS $60 PER VEHICLE WHICH INCLUDES PIT PASS FOR DRIVER AND ONE PIT CREW MEMBER. ADDITIONAL PIT PASSES MAY BE PURCHASED FOR $20. PIT MEMBERS MUST BE 15 YRS OLD OR OLDER. DRIVERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF HIS OR HER PIT PEOPLE IN ALL ASPECTS. UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT OF THE DRIVER OR THE DRIVER’S PIT CREW WILL RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION AND IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF VEHICLE AND CREW FROM GROUNDS. NO REFUNDS OF ANY MONIES PAID.
VEHICLES MUST BE IN LINE BY 2:30 PM OR THE ENTRY FEE INCREASES TO $90. IF YOUR VEHICLE DOES NOT PASS INSPECTION, YOU WILL HAVE ONE CHANCE TO MAKE NECESSARY MODIFICATIONS FOR REINSPECTION INTO YOUR CLASS OR WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE BUMPED UP A CLASS. IF FURTHER INSPECTIONS ARE STILL REQUIRED, A $20 FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
AT 3:30, PM WE WILL BE CLEARING THE PITS OF EVERYONE WITHOUT A PIT PASS.

ALCOHOL IN PIT AREA: NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE PIT AREA UNTIL AFTER THE DEMOLITION DERBY IS OFFICIALLY OVER. NO DRIVER OR PIT CREW MEMBER UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DERBY. IF CAUGHT DURING THE SHOW, THE DRIVER AND PIT PERSON WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEE GIVEN.
DRIVER’S MEETING: AT 3:45 PM, OR AFTER THE LAST VEHICLE IS INSPECTED, THE DRIVER’S MEETING WILL BE HELD. PLEASE, ONLY DRIVERS ARE TO ATTEND. IF THERE ARE ANY GRIPES OR PROBLEMS WITH VEHICLES, THE DRIVERS MEETING IS THE PLACE TO BRING IT UP.
SAFETY: ALL DRIVERS MUST WEAR A SAFETY HELMET AND KEEP IT ON YOUR HEAD UNTIL YOUR VEHICLE IS OUT OF THE ARENA AND INTO THE PITS AREA. ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE A WORKING SEAT BELT IN THE VEHICLE AND IT MUST BE USED OR FACE POSSIBLE DISQUALIFICATION. ALL DRIVERS MUST WEAR LONG PANTS, EYE PROTECTION AND SHOES (NO SANDALS). NO DEBRIS OR GARBAGE ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE.

FRAME: ABSOLUTELY NO FRAME REINFORCEMENT, STUFFING, FILLING OR WELDING. NO PAINTING OR UNDERCOATING OF FRAMES OR SUB FRAMES. ALL PUCKS MUST REMAIN FACTORY AND MUST REMAIN IN STOCK LOCATIONS. IF YOU COME WITH STOCK PUCKS REMOVED, YOU WILL NOT RUN. ABSOLUTELY NO WELDING TO SUBFRAME. IF YOU WELD ROD FROM FRAME TO SUBFRAME, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CUT THE WHOLE ROD OUT.

TRUNK: HOLES IN THE TRUNK ARE NOT NEEDED IF JUDGES CAN SEE FROM INSIDE THE CAR THROUGH THE TRUNK. ALL TRUNKS MUST BE SECURED USING CHAINS OR BOLTS. BOLTS THROUGH THE TRUNK LID AND FLOOR ARE PERMITTED. BOLTS ALSO MAY BE WELDED TO THE FRAME BUT NOT THROUGH THE FRAME RAIL.(LIMITED TO 4 BOLTS NOT OVER 1”)
SUSPENSION: FRONT SUSPENSIONS MAY BE BOLTED UP PROVIDING IT DOESN’T GO OVER HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS. COIL SPRINGS MAY BE WELDED IN PLACE .WE DO NOT WANT TO PICK UP SPRINGS.

DRIVER’S DOOR: MUST BE PAINTED A DIFFERENT COLOR THAT THE REST OF THE VEHICLE. NO INTENTIONAL DRIVER’S DOOR HITS WILL BE TOLERATED. IF YOU HAVE DUCT TAPE KEEPING YOUR DOORS CLOSED IT WILL BE CUT TO CHECK AND SEE IF THERE ARE ANY WELDS BEHIND IT. (EXCEPT FOR WHEN PERMITTED)

ROLL OVERS: IF YOU ARE ROLLED OVER, WE WILL FLIP YOUR VEHICLE OVER AND A QUICK SAFETY INSPECTION WILL BE DONE AND YOU MAY CONTINUE THE DERBY IF DEEMED SAFE.
TIRES: CARS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ANY TIRES OVER 15”. NO STUDDED TIRES. SKID STEER TIRES ARE ALLOWED. TIRE CAN BE FLAPPED, DOUBLED, AND VALVE STEM PROTECTORS CAN BE USED. NO FOAM FILLED TIRES.
RADIATOR: RADIATOR MUST BE IN STOCK POSITION IF USED.
HOOD: HOODS MUST BE ABLE TO OPEN OR MUST HAVE A 12”X12” HOLE FOR FIRE SUPPRESSION. ALL HOODS MUST BE OPEN OR REMOVABLE FOR INSPECTION. CAN CHAIN OR BOLT UP TO 4 PLACES. BOLTS NOT TO EXCEED 1” THICKNESS.
FIX IT PLATES: UP TO 2 PLATES PER FRAME RAIL 4”X4”X1/4” BUT MUST PROVE VISIBLE BEND. PLATES MUST HAVE A 1 INCH GAP BETWEEN PLATES. NO FORMING OF PLATES. NO SPLITTING OF PLATES MUST BE WHOLE.
AFTERMARKET: AFTERMARKET STEERING, SHIFTERS, TUNED ECMS, AND CARBS WILL BE ALLOWED. CAN USE HEADERS. NO CARB AND HEADER PROTECTORS ALLOWED.
