Vendor Forms

If you wish to be a vendor and exhibitor at the fair, please download and mail in the attached sponsorship and exhibitor form below. Vendors must also complete and submit an ST-19 tax form for us to have on file.​

The Cass County Fair's success is based on the support of community and county-wide businesses and individuals contributing to the fair through donations, sponsorships and exhibitors at the event. We welcome anyone to bring in and display or promote their services, products.

Setup/Teardown Times
Move-In  ---  Tuesday 1-9pm and Wednesday starting at 7am.

Tear Down ---  Sunday
